Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. This includes the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional charges for express or special delivery).
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No administrative fees will be charged.
You must return the goods within 14 days of sending your cancellation notice.
A return is considered valid if the goods are shipped before the 14-day deadline.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalized products
Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life

Newspapers, magazines, or similar publications
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, labels, and seals.
If an item has been handled in a way that reduces its value, we may apply a partial refund.
Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
As the buyer, you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
