If an electrical component fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

3. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover situations such as:

4. Submitting a Claim

After receiving our automatic confirmation email, reply by attaching:

  • A short video clearly showing the issue (e.g., the product not turning on, charging problems, or malfunction during use)

If a video cannot be provided, or if it does not clearly demonstrate the issue, we may ask you to return the product to our warehouse for inspection.

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
